01Which plans include AI Portfolio after the trial?+
Full AI Portfolio access is included with Tallin Core. Individual services do not include full AI Portfolio access unless separately agreed. For Enterprise, we confirm the services and AI Portfolio access in your agreement. A guided Portfolio Snapshot is a separate engagement, not a prerequisite for using the software.
02What setup does each service need?+
Discover needs the Tallin extension in managed browsers. Connect uses supported provider or identity connections for usage, users, licenses, connection health, and supported access changes. Supervise requires a supported enterprise workspace and administrator permissions; review access and retention are configured for your organization. Control applies only to AI requests routed through the Gateway. Govern brings policy controls, review tasks, and available evidence together.
03What happens after the 30-day trial?+
You are charged only after an administrator explicitly chooses a subscription and adds a payment method. If you do not subscribe, Tallin pauses the workspace at the end of the trial and preserves its configuration so you can resume later.
04Can we start with one service and add others later?+
Yes. Start with the scope you need and expand it as your AI program grows. If the selected services reach the price of Tallin Core, Tallin applies the complete Core platform instead.
05What counts as a covered user or connection?+
A covered user is a person whose AI activity or access can be governed in the workspace. A connection is a configured provider, identity, discovery, or supervision source. Tallin Core includes up to 250 covered users and five production connections.
06When do we need Enterprise terms?+
Talk to us when you need more than 250 covered users, more than five production connections, customer-hosted Gateway or Supervision, SSO and SCIM, custom retention, SLA, security review, or procurement support.
