Product · AI Spend Ledger

See what AI costs, and where the number came from.

Bring connected provider, billing, gateway, and expense records into one ledger. Review costs by owner, team, app, or agent, with unresolved attribution kept visible.

These rows do not have the same cost authority. Review allocation and reconciliation before treating them as an invoice total.

Cost authority

An activity signal is not a bill.

Direct and allocated
Keep provider-reported or billed costs distinct from amounts assigned through a shared-cost allocation rule.
Estimated and attested
Label usage-based estimates and team-supplied amounts. Preserve assumptions instead of making them look invoice-authoritative.
Unresolved
Missing cost or ownership stays unresolved. Unknown activity is not idle usage, and unknown cost is not zero.
Freshness
Check the source and refresh state before relying on a rollup. Provider API records can observe direct calls without gateway routing.

From cost to action

Use the record to make a decision.

Review the project
Bring assigned costs into AI Portfolio alongside measured results, missing evidence, and the next investment decision.
Set a routed budget
Apply actor budget alerts and automatic cutoffs to new gateway-routed requests. These limits do not stop provider-direct calls or license charges.
Resolve attribution
Ask the relevant owner to confirm shared-cost allocation or the project behind an expense before expanding the budget.

Supported sources

Start with the records you have.

Sources contribute different evidence. Billing can establish cost; usage can show activity; identity and discovery can add context without establishing a paid seat or exact spend.

Bring the first cost record into focus.

Connect a supported source, review its cost authority, and confirm the owner before using it in a project decision.
